| Description: | Having worked with and lived around the Goth community for a long time, it just seems to me that the more outrageous the "fetish" attire of the younger females, the more they simply want the attention. They don't care if it's abuse, love, hate, envy, friendship, as long as it's attention. I really think that is the core of the younger generation of Goths that I know. It's not about the fashion, the friendships, the shock factor caused to the rest of society... it's the attention from their peers that they crave. |
